Seasonal Control Ltd – Maintenance Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your subscription to our air conditioning maintenance packages. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription Plans
You are subscribing to a recurring maintenance plan (Essentials, Standard, or Premium) which includes the services outlined on our website. The features of each plan are as follows:

Essentials Plan – £30/month + VAT

• 1x Maintenance Visit per year
• Covers up to 4 indoor units per site
• Emergency call-out: £180 for 2 hours
• Response time: 48–72 hours

Standard Plan – £40/month + VAT

• 2x Maintenance Visits per year
• Covers up to 5 indoor units per site
• 1x discounted emergency call-out per year @ £120
• Additional call-outs: £160
• Response time: 24–48 hours

Premium Plan – £55/month + VAT

• 3x Maintenance Visits per year
• Covers up to 6 indoor units per site
• 2x emergency call-outs per year included (up to 2hrs each)
• Additional call-outs: £120
• Response time: within 24 hours

Additional Units:
Sites exceeding the included number of indoor units will incur a surcharge of £60 + VAT per additional unit per year.

3. Payments & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly, plus VAT.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Non-payment may result in service suspension.

4. Service Scheduling

• Visits will be scheduled based on plan frequency and availability.
• Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may incur a rebooking fee.

5. Emergency Call-Outs

• Response time and included call-outs depend on your selected plan.
• Additional call-outs are chargeable at a discounted rate.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel with 30 days’ notice. No partial refunds are given for the billing period.

7. Liability
Seasonal Control Ltd is not liable for system failures outside of our servicing schedule or due to existing faults not previously disclosed.

8. Compliance
All services are performed in accordance with F-Gas, REFCOM, and health & safety regulations.
